How much do you charge?

Our minimum engagement fee is $1,000. Most of our projects range between $5,000 and $15,000.  Contact us to learn more!

What are the payment terms for a project?

For projects priced at $3,000 or below, we require you to pay the whole balance upfront. For larger projects, we can split the payment based on bi-weekly/monthly milestones.

If you're looking for an unstructured retainer-based engagement where you won't have to worry about scope, project-planning - then we also offer a fixed monthly subscription. (Great for early-stage startups)

Do I get to make unlimited design requests?

Yes, there's no cap on the total number of requests you can make. But you'll only receive a certain number of deliverables per day based on your active plan and depending on the complexity of the requests. Contact us to learn more!

Do you offer any discounts or a Free trial?

We do not offer any discounts but if you've specific needs that won't be covered through the plans offered by us, you can contact us to get a customized quote.

Regarding the Free trial, we offer a free 3-day trial which you can use to test our service without any long-term commitment. Contact us to learn more!

Do you offer app/web development services too?

We can help with Webflow development but other than that we do not offer web development, app development or any other development services. Our core focus is UI & UX design services for SaaS products.

How long does it take to start?

We have a straightforward onboarding process, which means if you contact us today, we can start working on your tasks by tomorrow.

We'll start with a kickoff call to understand your product and requirements. Then, all you need to worry about is providing feedback while we take care of the rest.

What if I don't like the designs?

You can either let us know on Slack or add the same task to your dedicated notion board with specific feedback about what needs to be changed and we'll update the designs within 24hrs.

From our experience, it takes us 5-days to get in sync with a new client. And during that period, we ask you to make the task requests as descriptive as possible to avoid any miscommunication. After that, you'll only have to send-back less than 3% of the tasks to be revised and this number goes to 0 as you keep working with us for a longer period of time.

Can we have sync-up calls?

We try to keep our workflow as async as possible but we do understand the need for sync-up and strategy calls to keep everyone on the same page. Which is why, we schedule two zoom/meet calls every week where we can discuss progress, hear your feedback and strategies.

How are you different from any other design agency?
